Reunion Planning Committee:  Matt Aiello, Caroline (Oh) Lee, John Hunter, Stacia (Bagranoff) Linz

There once was a class of ‘eight nine
Whose float Sophomore year went a flyin,’
But whether band, brain, ball or pom
We’d intrinsic aplomb,
Lit by true, five-star Statesmen shine.

Asked “What the hell is a Statesman?” (obscure…)
‘Twas an…unusal mascot for sure,
Scarlet and Blue—
--The “Columbian” hue,
It’s time for our 20-year tour.

It’s true some were more Beer Pong than Bocce,
But UNITED (‘specially outsprinting Stirracce),
Joy Division or Wang Chung,
Long Division or Weltanschauung,
Whether today we’re more Polo, Nascar or Tai Chi.

Twenty years has brought change, lines & scattering
Here a taste of the reunion, a smattering,
Our class a limerick behooved
(Hope it’s Ulric Berard-approved),
To ‘09-- a new class photo in light that is flattering!

We are pleased to announce that we are working with Blue Crab Reunions & Events.  Blue Crab has been busy tracking people down but we encourage you to forward this website to any and all Class of '89 friends.
